01.Initial Patient Visit (60 min)
Initial patient visits focus on getting to know your health, social, and familial health history in addition to my treatment style and approach. We'll review pertinent details of your intake paperwork in addition to doing an individualized physical exam based on such. You can expect an initial patient visit to include 20-30 minutes of treatment and discussion of your treatment plan moving forward. *Please note that visits at Heart Spring Health are 45 minutes.
02.Follow Up Visit (60 min)
Follow up visits will focus more on treatment and you can expect around a 10 minute check in prior to beginning care. I typically include adjustments, massage, and physical rehabilitation exercises as well as potential use of physiotherapy modalities such as Class III Laser / Cold Laser and TENS. *Please note that visits at Heart Spring Health are 45 minutes.
03.Re-evaluation Visit (60 min)
At times we will need to complete re-examinations/re-evaluations to check in on treatment progress, fulfill insurance parameters, and to potentially update the treatment plan. These appointments will include physical examinations and around 30-40 minutes of treatment. *Please note that visits at Heart Spring Health are 45 minutes.
