Diversified chiropractic care
I offer chiropractic care based on guiding principles of body-autonomy, collaboration, validation, & weight-inclusivity. I practice the diversified method for chiropractic, prioritizing low force techniques, drop table, and am trained in Activator Technique® as well. I enjoy incorporating massage or manual therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and lifestyle education into treatment sessions. I look forward to working with you!
